Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
- “Host” = owner of the property.
- “Guest” = person who books and stays in the property.
- “Reservation” = agreement for the stay including address, dates, and price.
2. Booking and Payment
- A reservation is confirmed once payment has been completed as specified.
- Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking. If fewer than 14 days remain before arrival, payment is due immediately.
- Electricity consumption is charged separately after the stay using the same payment method.
3. Cancellation and Changes
- The guest may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or in case of “no-show” will be charged in full.
- Changes to reservations (dates, number of guests, etc.) may be subject to fees depending on timing and the host’s possibilities.
4. Check-in / Check-out
- Guests must adhere to the stated check-in and check-out times. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
- The maximum number of guests per booking must not be exceeded without prior agreement.
5. Conduct, Defects and Liability
- Any defects or issues must be reported to the host immediately upon arrival.
- Guests must treat the property with care. Damage to furniture or property caused by negligence or misuse may result in compensation claims.
- House rules must be respected at all times. o Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- Larger pets are not allowed on the property.
- The host reserves the right to evict guests in case of disruptive or inappropriate behavior – without refund.
6. Force Majeure
- The host is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions that prevent the stay.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
- This agreement is governed by Danish law.
- Any disputes should first be attempted resolved amicably, if necessary with the assistance of a consumer authority or mediation body.
